The Curls & Twirls Breed Group was established in 2020 by a group of ethical breeders and owners who shared a passion for the Scottish Fold, Highland Fold and American Curl Breeds.
In 2022 the Group's Affiliation to the Southern Africa Cat Council (SACC) was confirmed,
The aim of the Group is to ensure healthy breeding, good husbandry and education to our members and the general public on the breeds we represent. In doing so, we hope to safeguard the longevity of these breeds and prevent the public from becoming victims of scams often related to the breeds we represent.
The Group ran a very successful South African and International Cyber Cat show during the COVID Pandemic.
Although the Group is based in Gauteng, it is open to all and has a strong social media presence.
